Started a Real Estate
Brokerage Firm marketing listing/selling Coal Properties. Values
ranged from $1 million to $26 million. Listed $100 million in
Energy Properties. Purchased one of the first 10 Personal Computers
in Kentucky. Went in business with the United States Postal
Service purchasing Telecommunication Rights and Territory of
Kentucky for their E-Com System Electronic Computer Generated
Mail (a billion-dollar prototype to E-mail). I marketed and
was procuring cause for a $26 million sale which deserved a
$700,000 commission --however, was circumvented by an energy-giant
corporation and was not paid. After three other properties sold
in a similar fashion I got frustrated and closed shop. I was
a Bird Dog that didn't get fed. An expensive lesson on proper
agreements.
